In case of cancellation 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, no fee is charged.
The customer pays 70% of the total cost if they cancel within 21 days prior to arrival; in the case of a no-show, the customer pays the total cost of the room booked.

Reductions for children sleeping in their parents’ room:

0-2 years: free

2 – 8 years: pay 50% of the tariff

8 – 14 years: pay 30% of the tariff

• On the day of arrival the booked room is at your disposal from 14.00. Please inform us earlier if you arrive after 20.30.
• On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.
