Walk through fresh meadows, smell the fragrance of flowers, climb high mountains or relax and rejuvenate at Lake Antholz in Trentino-South Tyrol.
Nature around Antholz is as varied as the people who live there or who seek rest in this land. The countless rocky paths will lead you into the secret alpine world of Pusteria, into a new and unexpected world.

There are many trails of varying degrees of difficulty in the nature park and also in the neighbouring mountains of the Antholz Valley.

Beautiful hiking trails, always well signposted, lead to idyllic mountain pastures and viewpoints.

Lake Anterselva

At the end of the Antholz Valley, in the middle of the Vedrette di Ries Nature Park, lies the romantic blue-green Lake Antholz.

In summer, it is possible to walk around this beautiful lake.
In winter, however, it is possible to cross-country ski on the lake or cross it on foot.

Staller Saddle

From Lake Antholz, one reaches the Staller Sattel via the pass road. This step separates Italy from Austria.

At the Staller Sattel you will find the Obersee lake and numerous hiking trails to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Rasner Cunt

If you take a hike in the Rasner Möse biotope, you will discover the habitat of many unique animals and plants that live there.

Fannes - Sennes - Braies Nature Park

Also nearby is the famous Braies Lake, in the centre of the Fannes – Sennes – Braies Nature Park. The lake is circumnavigated by an easy footbridge and those who wish can also cross it by rowing boat.

Three Peaks Nature Park

If you want to have an enchanting experience in the UNESCO World Heritage Site, you can visit the Three Peaks Nature Park and be enchanted by nature.

Bruneck

The nearest town is Bruneck, where you can take a leisurely stroll through the town and visit Reinhold Messner’s Ripa Castle.

Plan de Corones

The well-known Plan de Corones ski resort is in the immediate vicinity, with 35 lifts and 120 kilometres of slopes.
In winter, it is one of the most popular ski areas in South Tyrol.

In summer, it can be reached on foot or by cable car. A breathtaking panorama awaits you with numerous children’s activities, restaurants, the Messner Mountain Museum Corones and the Lumen Mountain Photography Museum.

Christmas markets

The highlight from the end of November to the beginning of January are the South Tyrolean Christmas markets. Christmas spirit reigns throughout South Tyrol and enchants people by immersing them in a Christmas fairytale.
